The use of an eFoil involves significant risks. By using the product, the user acknowledges and accepts the following conditions:

→Using the product at their own risk and being responsible for their own safety
→Having the necessary physical and technical skills for use
→Inspecting the product before each use
→Wearing appropriate safety equipment at all times
→Complying with applicable nautical laws and regulations
→Understanding the risks related to speed, waves, currents and obstacles

Safety Equipment

Always ride with the proper safety gear. Your safety is your responsibility.

✓Approved personal flotation device (PFD) at all times
✓Helmet recommended for beginners and high-speed sessions
✓Impact vest for added protection against falls
✓Leash connecting rider to board at all times
✓Wetsuit or appropriate clothing for water temperature

Any product used for commercial purposes automatically voids the limited warranty conditions, unless a specific written agreement has been approved by JustFly & Takuma Canada Innovation.

Maintenance Guide

After Each Session

Proper care after every ride extends the life of your eFoil significantly.

✓Rinse all components with fresh water immediately after salt water use
✓Dry all connectors and battery ports thoroughly before storage
✓Inspect the board, mast and fuselage for cracks or impact damage
✓Remove sand and debris from all moving parts and seals
✓Check all screws and bolts for tightness

Battery Care

Lithium-ion batteries require careful handling to maintain performance and safety.

✓Store battery at 50–70% charge when not in use for extended periods
✓Charge in a cool, dry location away from flammable materials
✓Never charge a damaged or swollen battery
✓Avoid deep discharge — recharge before the battery indicator reaches critical
✓Transport in a fireproof bag during travel

A gradual decrease in battery capacity over time is normal and expected.

Seasonal Storage

Before storing your eFoil for the off-season, follow these steps to protect your investment:

✓Perform a complete fresh water rinse of all components
✓Apply corrosion-inhibiting spray on metal fittings and connectors
✓Store battery separately at recommended charge level in a cool environment
✓Cover the board to protect from UV exposure and dust
✓Book a pre-season inspection with an authorized technician

Limited Warranty

Warranty Period

24 MONTHS

Complete warranty on your entire eFoil system. This warranty notably covers:

✓Manufacturing defects
✓Material defects
✓Abnormal electronic failures
✓Structural issues not related to impact or misuse

At the discretion of JustFly & Takuma, a product may be repaired, replaced or exchanged for an equivalent product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

✕Damage caused by vandalism, negligence or unauthorized service
✕Use not compliant with the user manual
✕Cosmetic damage: scratches, chips, discoloration, oxidation, corrosion
✕Excessive exposure to sun, heat or salt water
✕Improper storage or transport, including batteries
✕Accessories or components not approved by the manufacturer
✕Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
✕Normal wear, misuse, accident or collision

Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please provide the following:

✓Original proof of purchase
✓Product serial number
✓Photos or videos of the issue
✓Detailed description of the situation

Our technical team will review your file and contact you regarding next steps as soon as possible.

Any claim made more than two (2) months after the discovery of the defect will be automatically refused.

→Inspect any product before approving a warranty claim
→Refuse any request that does not comply with these warranty conditions
→Modify this warranty policy without notice
