Built for Effortless Take-Off

The Air is an electric hydrofoil board built around Takuma's MSL Fusion drop-stitch construction, the lightest and stiffest platform in the range. Designed to pair with the 1500 or 1750 hydrofoil, it prioritizes the easiest possible take-off, making it a strong choice for beginners building confidence on the water as well as intermediate riders who want a lighter, more responsive platform.
Full Carbon Foil Box
The board's foil box and carry handle are made from full carbon for extra rigidity, transferring more of your input directly to the foil. The foil box sits further forward than on a standard board, a placement chosen specifically to pair with smaller foils: it shortens the distance to lift-off, cuts drag during acceleration, and softens every touch down. A compact outline paired with a wide tail adds stability at low speed. On the 100L size, footstrap inserts mount straight or in a V position using the same torx M6 screws as the foil; the 150L ships without footstrap inserts.
Smooth, Protected Landings
The nose carries the maximum practical rocker to avoid harsh touch downs and reduce drag on take-off. The Air ships with a shim plate that angles the nose upward, so touch downs land on the carbon plate rather than the drop-stitch material, protecting the board and keeping landings smooth. Built with a high-pressure PVC drop-stitch core and a double stringer, it stays light — 5 kg for the 100L, 6 kg for the 150L.
